Aiming for the goal of contributing towards the development of young people’s skills and tools, the QUALITIVIDADE ACADEMY included a project oriented towards the development of leadership skills and the definition of pathways for the fulfillment of personal and professional goals: the  YOUNG LEADERS PROJECT.

It consists in a series of actions which are independent but which complement one another and which intend to work on the competences referred to above, directing itself towards the young person’s life project:
– Young Leaders course.
– Motivational Worshops
– Team Building – Outdoor Activities
